We offer PayPal Credit, & Affirm for our online orders. We have additional financing options available in our Leonard retail stores.

We will gladly match any other website's advertised price once shipping and other fees are taken into account. If you'd like to see if the item you are buying qualifies for a price match, contact us with the part number of the item and a link to the listing where you see the lower price. We will check to make sure the items match (incl. color and fitment) and that here are no shipping charges or other hidden fees upon checkout that inflate the price.

If you are ordering for a Tax Exempt organization, please email your Tax Exempt Certificate to customerservice@leonardaccessories.com. We will process your form and respond to let you know your account has been noted to not charge tax.

From time to time an item that you've ordered will be out of stock before we are aware of it. When this happens, we will place your item on backorder and notify you of the delay and when the item is expected to ship.  Your item will automatically ship once the item is back in stock. If you have any questions about a backorder should one occur, please contact us.

We are able to order replacement parts for some toolboxes, tonneau covers, or other items if parts are available. You will need the brand name, model number, and serial number of the product as well as the type of part you are trying to replace. We are unable to supply parts of any Delta or JOBOX toolboxes.

We are able to order replacement keys for some toolboxes. You will need the brand name, model number of the box, and the key code from the lock. We are unable to supply any keys for Delta or JOBOX toolboxes. If we are unable to find a key for you, please try EasyKeys.com.

In general, items can be returned within 30 days after the date they are received. If you receive the wrong item, or it is damaged or defective, we will send a return label and replacment free of charge.  For more information, read our return policy.

Items that are too large to ship UPS and FedEx will be shipped via 'Less than truckload' freight trailer that does not require the entire contents of the trailer. Residential deliveries that are in remote or difficult to access areas for an 18 wheeler typically take additional time and can incur additional fees.

Upon delivery of LTL shipments, an adult must be present to inspect and sign for the package. A good contact number must be provided to allow the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. Consider delivering to one of our store locations or a commercial address to avoid the hassle of having to sign for the package and unload your items from the truck.

All items vary on delivery time and where the destination is located compared to our nearest stocking warehouse facility. If you need a product by a certain date, please be sure to contact us to confirm we will meet your specific delivery date requirements.

We will make every effort to meet your requirements for delivery. Although, it will be dependent on stock levels at our warehouses nearest your location and the type of item you are ordering. Fees for rush orders can range from approximately $50-$250 depending on the item purchased. Any item that requires LTL shipping will typically still require a minimum of 5 days transit time.
