Step up to a higher level of quality and the sleek look of BACKRACKs new Louvered Headache Rack. BACKRACK has taken all the great quality features found in their best selling Original and Safety Rack models and applied them to the new Louvered design.
Why settle for a Headache Rack that requires you to drill holes through the bed of your truck? All BACKRACK Headache Racks use custom Stake Pocket Bolts that utilize existing holes in your truck to secure the Headache Rack. Want a Tonneau Cover with your Headache Rack? BACKRACK makes it easy to have both using our Tonneau Cover Adaptor Brackets. Select Tonneau Covers are compatible, check with AAG for details.
BACKRACK has doubled the corrosion resistance on the Louvered Rack by E Coating the Frame before Powder Coating. Being unsatisfied with the Powder coverage in tight areas of the Louver assembly, BACKRACK does it right by immersing the entire Frame into a multi-stage dip process to cover every hidden surface. After that, we apply the Powder Coat on top of the E Coat.
Available with both Standard and Toolbox compatible Hardware, the BACKRACK Louvered Rack is perfect for both looks and commercial applications. Most BACKRACK accessories will fasten to the Louvered Rack including the new Landscape Tool Holder and popular Light Brackets.
NO DRILL or LOW PROFILE DRILL OPTION
BACKRACK's Standard and Toolbox Hardware Kits allow you to install your BACKRACK Cab Guard securely without having to drill holes on most late model trucks. If you prefer to have your Toolbox sitting flush on the bedrail, our new optional Low Profile Hardware Kit allows that but you need to drill two holes per side through the bedrail of your truck.
Standard No-Drill Mount:
Low Profile Drilled Mount Option:
FASTEN INSERTS INTO FRAME
The Inserts are dipped in a twelve-stage Electrostatic coating process prior to powder coating for double corrosion resistance.
TOOLBOX NO DRILL
Our TOOLBOX no drill Hardware Kit is designed to accommodate a standard 21" or 31" cross bed Toolbox. The Toolbox sits on top of the Toolbox Brackets allowing you to slide the Toolbox forward so that bed space is not wasted. The Toolbox is secured to the TOOLBOX BRACKETS by drilling sheet metal screws through the Toolbox and into the top of the TOOLBOX BRACKET. Drill and bolt is also acceptable. Clamp hooks that come with the Toolbox are not required. TOOLBOX BRACKETS are also available in 31" length as an accessory. Not compatible with TONNEAU COVER ADAPTER Brackets.
