Gasoline, acids, solvents, chemical compounds, and any petroleum productwill not damage your BedRug Bed Liner. The closed-cell cross linked polyethylene foam can not soak up ANY liquid. The BedRug foam will not dry out, crumble, dissolve, or dissipate. Dirt and spills can be cleaned with soap and water from a garden hose or high pressure washer.
Water Proof
Water can not be absorbed by the polyethylene closed-celled foam or thepolyester marine carpet. The BedRug foam has been certified by the U. S. Coast Guard as a flotation material.
Stain Resistant
Oil and grease will not harm your BedRug. Oil, grease, spills, and stains can quickly be washed out with soap and water from a garden hose or high pressure washer. The polyester marine grade carpet is made up from solid strand stain resistent fibers. Transmission fluid and grease will not permanently mark this fiber.
