Drop Link Kit Lowers Tailgate for Slide Clearance

On the CG1000XL, CG1500XL, CG2200XL either a Drop Link Kit or a Spacer Kit will be needed for newer model trucks as noted below. It is essential to select either one of these based on the truck year, make and model as noted below. On these select truck models, the tailgate does not go all the way down so that it's even with the truck bed. The Drop Link Kits lower the tailgate 3 inches so that the CargoGlide frame will not rub on the top of the tailgate. The Spacer Kits raise the entire CargoGlide unit so it will completely pull-out and clear the tailgate.
