The sleeve is rolled up, quick release buckled tight, and slid inside the Window Storage Bag. The rear window bar provides structure for the bag, keeping it from sagging or flapping in the wind. The Soft Top Window Storage Bag is made from tough PVC Coated Mesh that is re-enforced for strength and UV protected.
