The Clutter Catcher Upholstered Center Console has the same great features as the Standard Clutter Catcher except its base is wrapped in soft vinyl as opposed to textured plastic.  It still can mount on the floor or the bench seat of most cars, trucks, vans or SUV's.  Seat Mounting requires a minimum or 12" between seat belts.  For seat mounting the console is secured by the center seatbelt.  To securely mount to the floor some drilling is required for screws. The base on this console is wrapped in vinyl with a padded armrest for added comfort.  A coin holder and two deep, multi sized, cup holders are built-in.  The armrest is also the hinged, non-locking, cover for the generous storage area.
