ARIES AdvantEDGE side bars do away with the common, rounded look of other side bars and nerf bars, featuring an angular, eight-sided tube profile and powder-coated all-aluminum construction. The angular edges provide a clear-cut, uncompromising accent for the look of today's trucks. Made from 5 1/2" wide, eight-sided, extruded aluminum tubing, AdvantEDGE side bars are strong, lightweight and impervious to rust, offering a solid step that is built to face the elements and outlast them.
They also come with die-cast aluminum end caps and a stamped aluminum tread. The aluminum treads provide a long-lasting, non-skid stepping surface that will not crack or fade in the sun. ARIES AdvantEDGE side bars are also marked for their easy, custom-fit installation. They mount using VersaTrac mounting system with brackets (sold separately) that are made from powder-coated steel and built for specific vehicles. The high-strength steel brackets mount using pre-existing holes, and the side bars attach to the brackets with heavy-duty hardware and a full-length channel. The VersaTrac mounting system makes installation simple and customizable, allowing the side bars to be adjusted for a perfect match to your cab or swapped out at any time with other side steps or running boards that feature the VersaTrac system.
