The Truck Chest toolbox sits on the truck bed floor between the bed walls. They do not extend above the bed side walls providing an unobstructed view of the truck bed and rear.  Most models have a tapered lower front wall to fit better in trucks with bedliners.  Before selecting a Chest, be sure to measure the distance from the rear bed wall to the closest end of the wheel wells or the first obstruction in the bed. Compare the measurement to Dimension E on the Measuring Guide illustration.
