The Vantech J-Series Rack Systems are designed to accept a variety of accessories. The J1000 system with just the plastic end caps are ready for you to add your choice of compatible accessories. J1000 racks Systems, with end caps only, are a common choice for carrying kayaks, canoes, and cargo baskets or carriers.
The J2000 Rack systems come with accessories (hook and loop strap(s), ladder stop(s), ladder stop(s) end stops) included and are the common choice for commercial users carrying ladders, conduit, pipes or lumber, for example.
Note: 3 bar J2000 systems include 2 ladder guides and 2 straps.
NOTE : J-Series rack for the 2010-2013* Ford Transit Connect is available in 2 styles. If you wish to extend the distance available between the bars using just factory mounting points purchase H2166 2 Bar racks that include mounting tracks in the price. These tracks do require drilling to install on your Transit Connect but they will allow the rearward rack to extend further towards the end of the roof.
*2014+ Transit Connects use factory mounting points and DO NOT require additional tracks for full length fit..
